Parking

Parking is available at the Hilton Sydney. There is a special early bird rate available of $15.00 per day if you enter between 7.00am-10.00am and leave between 4.00pm-8.00pm. Or the cost is $37.00 per car, per day or $29.50 per car overnight.

The closest railway station to the Hilton Hotel Sydney is Town Hall, which is approximately 2 minutes walk to the venue.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. All amendments will incur a $20.00 additional fee up until 15 days prior to the conference. Amendments 14 days prior and less will not be eligible for any refund.

Registration cancellations received up to 31 days prior to the meeting will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 15 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the Conference. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a $20.00 transfer fee.

Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received 30 days and less will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
