Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Hilton Hotel and the Travelodge Wentworth. To reserve a room at the rates listed below please complete the accommodation section of the registration form.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests, however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability.

To make a reservation for accommodation credit card details are required, cheques are not accepted. Initially, no amounts will be deducted from your credit card, however your card details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking. All hotels accounts are to be finalised with the delegate on check-out of the hotel, please ensure if using a credit card other than your own (company card), that you have written authorisation from the card holder.
