Brochure
The registration
desk at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre will be open during
the following hours for pick-up of registration packets by pre-registered
attendees.

Registration
Rates
There are two registration
rates: an early bird registration on or before 15 October 2000 and a standard
registration fee after 15 October 2000.

Full Registration
includes attendance at all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches,
one set of proceedings (printed and on CD-ROM) a conference satchel and
attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Reception
and Dinner are not included with Student Rates, these may be purchased
separately.

Day Registration
includes
attendance at all daily sessions, morning and afternoon teas, and lunch
on the day of attendance, one set of proceedings (printed and on CD-ROM)
and a conference satchel. Attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Conference
Dinner
is
not included in day registration and tickets must be purchased separately.
Member rates are
available to members of ITEA, SESA and INCOSE.
Non-member full
registration rates include the option of a twelve-month FREE
membership of either ITEA or SESA.
Cancellation
Policy
All cancellations
must be in writing. Registration cancellations postmarked on or before
1 October 2000 will incur an administration fee of $65. No registration
or other refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date.
It is recommended that appropriate insurance cover be arranged. The Conference
Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without
notice due to circumstances beyond their control. |
HOTELS
Limited accommodation
is available at a number of hotels within minutes from the Conference venue.
Please make all reservations and amendments through the Conference Secretariat,
BC&EC on the registration form.

Room reservations
cannot be guaranteed unless an accommodation deposit the equivalent of
